We are very grateful to the many generous businesses and individuals who have already made gifts, sponsored, provided in-kind support or purchased tickets. But, If you have not yet secured your ticket...

Fish Tales is more than an evening out, it’s an opportunity to gather, reflect and celebrate the true, first-person stories that shape Swampscott.

Hosted by news anchor and media personality Kim Carrigan the evening’s theme will be centered on “A Fish Out of Water” and promises heartfelt, funny and deeply personal stories that reflect the rich tapestry of Swampscott.

Emcee Misha Trubnikov will guide a dynamic lineup of storytellers, including Fran Sheehan, bass player of the legendary band Boston, Northeast Arc CEO/President Jo Ann Simons, author and attorney Robert Jauron, artist and art therapist Claire Donnelly, Official Magician of Salem Anton Andresen, and Swampscott METCO graduate Naina Alves Varela. Together, they will share stories of transformation, resilience and belonging that connect our community in powerful ways.

By popular demand, the jazz band Turtle on a String is returning to Fish Tales for the second year. The group features Aria Pace Balliro, Khalil Abraham, Owen Begin and Simon Brown - all Swampscott High seniors - who will be performing during the evening.

In addition to enjoying a memorable evening, you’ll be supporting the Swampscott Tides, our town’s nonprofit digital newspaper dedicated to providing free, fair, factual and nonpartisan local news coverage.

Looking forward to seeing you on March 28th at Fish Tales!
