The Made by 01907 Artisan Fair will return for its seventh year on Saturday, November 8, celebrating the arts, crafts, and handmade creations of Swampscott’s own creative community.
Local artisans will share and sell their wares from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the First Church in Swampscott, located at 40 Monument Ave.
“This event highlights the incredible range of talent in our community, from artists and jewelers to bakers and textile designers,” said Karlene Ball, who owns Sew Envious and helps to run the fair. “It’s a chance to shop local, meet the makers, and be inspired by the creativity that defines Swampscott. You can’t find gifts like these on Amazon, every piece is made with care, creativity, and community spirit.”
Originally organized by Reach Arts, Made by 01907 is now run by four volunteer vendors. All participating artisans must reside within the 01907 ZIP code.
“I love promoting small businesses, especially handcrafted businesses,” Ball said. “It’s just great to showcase people in the community. Your neighbors are crafty.”
