Swampscott Yacht Club to Launch First-Ever ‘Santa Con’ Holiday Stroll

The Swampscott Yacht Club is adding extra sparkle to the season with its inaugural Santa Con, inviting residents to don their most festive apparel and take to Humphrey Street in full holiday spirit.

On Friday, December 12, from 5:30 to 10 p.m., participants are encouraged to arrive dressed as Santa, Mrs. Claus, elves, or even reindeer for a cheerful holiday pub crawl. The procession will kick off at Mission on the Bay and “jingle all the way” to the Yacht Club.

Tickets are available at swampscottyachtclub.org.

Registration is a $25 donation, with all proceeds supporting Toys for Local Children, a volunteer-driven program that provides new, unwrapped holiday gifts to children in financially struggling families—ensuring every child has something to celebrate this season.

The Yacht Club will also host an ugly sweater, yankee swap Christmas party on Friday, December 19 at 6 p.m. Registration is not required for the party.
