Green Day Recycle is hosting an electronics recycling fundraiser on Saturday, August 1 at the St. John The Evangelist Church parking lot.
The fundraiser will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and is open to the public, rain or shine.
Green Day Recycling started as an Eagle Scout project in Sutton and has since grown into a Massachusetts-wide recycling operation. The family-owned company hosts events nearly every Saturday throughout the Commonwealth from early spring through late fall. Green Day Recycling earned the 2025 MassRecycle Award in the business category.
After the event, items will be sorted by material for reuse and recycling into new products. Computer hard drives will be destroyed to protect data, and reusable bicycles are often donated.
